The Valley Wind
There are some places on earth where the wind always blows. One is a rugged cliff called High Rock, sandwiched between steep foothills straddling the Pennsylvania-Maryland border. There, hang glider pilots rendez-vouz to help one another soar on the valley winds and take in the breathtaking beauty of the mountains.
