The next time you are at the beach you may see something other than swimmers, boaters and an occasional dolphin. The federal government recently announced it will begin soliciting bids from developers interested in building turbines off the coastline in Ocean City. The turbines would be located at least 10 nautical miles off the resort's coast and 20 nautical miles off the Assateague Island.
