According to the Centers for Disease Control, Lyme disease is America's fastest-growing vector-borne disease, one carried by birds, animals or insects. There is much debate and conflicting views on how long Lyme disease can last and the most effective treatment.

The film "Under Our Skin" intends to expose the hidden story of Lyme disease.
