Immigration Tuition Law

A new immigration tuition law is on hold until Maryland voters decide its fate in a November 2012 referendum.

What exactly is Maryland's version of the Dream Act? Some see it as a dream come true for immigrant students, but critics see it as a nightmare that they're hoping to vote down.

This week we'll hear from undocumented students anxious to take advantage of in-state college tuition rates, educators who think it's a good idea and Maryland lawmakers both for and against the law.
