Grab your running shoes, family and friends for the Dancel Family Center Y’s 5K and family fun run on Sunday, March 25, at Long Gate Shopping Center in Ellicott City. This annual event promotes health and wellness for people of all ages with a 5K race and a family fun run for runners of all levels. Sponsored by the Outback Steakhouse, the 5K and family fun run is a great way to kick-off the beginning of spring with some fresh air, fitness and family fun.
Proceeds raised from the event support the Y’s Safe Place for Kids Campaign in Howard County, providing Y opportunities to youth and families who otherwise could not afford them.
