Baltimore’s only exclusive rappel event, the third-annual “Rappel for Kidney Health” invites people of all ages to scale down a 32-story building in order to raise funds for the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland (NKF-MD).

Adventure seekers, “edgers” with connections to kidney disease, and even transplant donors and recipients will participate.

Everyone going “over the edge” will receive a fundraising web page, receive a rappelling time slot, undergo a training session the day of the event and be photographed while in action.

Funds raised through Rappel for Kidney Health will directly support NKF-MD’s patient services, education and research efforts. The first two Rappel for Kidney Health events drew 135 participants and raised over $180,000.
