Waging a Living September 28, 2006
An additional screening of the film will take place on September 19th, 2006 from 12 to 2 PM at the Reginald. F. Lewis Museum, located at 830 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore. With opening remarks by U.S. congressman Elijah Cummings, a 26 minute policy version of the film will be screened, followed by panel discussion and audience Q & A. The panel will include Jason Perkins-Cohen of the Job Opportunities Task Force, JoAnn Williams of University of MD Medical Systems, a Baltimore resident, and others. From the business community, workforce development field, media, policy-making area, and education and healthcare industries, it is expected that 100 will attend. Lunch will be included.
