Memory Expert and Author Dr. Barry Gordon
Dr. Barry Gordon returns to talk about how to improve your memory. Dr. Gordon's Public TV special, Improving Your Memory With Dr. Barry Gordon, will re-air on MPT on August 14th.
Dr. Gordon is the former president of the Behavioral Neurology Society and Division of the American Academy of Neurology and has authored more than 100 papers and book chapters. His book, Memory: Remembering and Forgetting in Everyday Life, was a selection of the Book-of-the-Month Club. His interests are in memory and language, particularly early detection and treatment of memory loss and Alzheimer's disease, communication and language deficits in autism, direct brain mapping of language and memory functions, aphasia, and head injury.
