Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr. Joshua Sharfstein joins Jeff to talk about the recent decision of senior physicians at the Baltimore City Health Department to join regional and national pediatric leaders in signing a petition urging the Food and Drug Administration to warn the public and stop the marketing of cough and cold medications for young children. Also, the recent death of a young boy suffering from a dental problem has put focus on the access to health care of city residents.
