Higher Callings for Better Driving
MotorWeek's John Davis joins Jeff to talk about the Vatican's driving "Commandments" and the government's call for 35 MPG vehicles. A U.S. Senate panel voted to increase fuel efficiency standards to an average of 35 mpg by 2020, and then keep increasing it by four percent a year until 2030.

Kipp Ujima Academy
Kipp Ujima Academy in Northwest Baltimore, a small charter school serving poor children, has turned around students' academic careers, changing low-performers into some of the city's highest reading and math scorers, while students in neighboring schools have continued to lag behind, according to a new study conducted by a Hopkins researcher.
