Wal-Mart Bill
The controversial "Wal-Mart" bill caused a stir around Annapolis this session. The bill, singles out large businesses (only Wal-Mart currently qualifies) to chip in additional healthcare money. Proponents say the company should pay it's fair share while opponents including the Governor, say the bill is anti-business and bad for the state.
