Medical Marijuana
The Supreme Court ruled earlier this week in a 6-3 decision that the federal government may prosecute people who are prescribed Marijuana for medicinal purposes. This decision overrules or negates the authority of some states who would not prosecute users of Medical Marijuana. Mike Gimbel and Keith Stroup join Jeff to continue the discussion.
