Senator E.J. Pipkin and Mark Case of Constellation Energy, discuss the latest efforts to reach an agreement on the proposed electricity rate hike for Marylanders. The rate hike is due to the expiration of a 1999 Deregulation Law imposing rate caps on Constellation Energy and the rising cost of energy. Constellation Energy is the parent company of Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE)
