Gas Price Gouging
With gas prices at near record highs, Marylanders are looking for relief and someone to blame. Laws that prohibit some large chains from selling below what independent dealers can sell for have some consumer groups claiming price gouging. Service Station owners say the undercutting on gas prices could drive them out of business.
