Smoking Bans
A recent report conducted by a Hopkins researcher gives the dangers of second hand smoke more validity and fuels the efforts of anti-smoking advocates. The report could trigger a greater push for smoking bans in more jurisdictions or state wide. Opponents claim the report is junk science and the decision to ban smoking in restaurants should not be made by the government.
