Using Security Cameras in Neighborhoods
The Baltimore Police Department has been using security cameras in neighborhoods as a way to cut down on crime. While some residents welcome the added security, others are concerned about the privacy issues. Down in DC, the cameras are much more numerous and the debate has been raging for quite some time.
