Maryland Court of Appeals Ruling on Gay Marriage
Maryland's Court of Appeals voted to keep a law on the books banning gay marriage in a highly publicized decision that came down a few weeks back. The ruling reversed a lower court decision and upheld a 34-year-old state law defining marriage as being between a man and woman. Elbridge James of Progressive Maryland and Dr. Harry Jackson of the High Impact Leadership Coalition discuss the ruling with Jeff Salkin on this week's State Circle.
