Howard County Announces Healthcare Plan for Uninsured

Howard County Executive Ken Ulman and Health Officer Dr. Peter Bielenson formally announced their plan earlier this week for a health care plan which would provide for Howard County residents without insurance. The plan is designed so it can be adapted in other counties or states. The plan would offer uninsured residents of any age primary health care for a small fee using a participating doctor or clinic.
