Computer Tax
The Computer Tax was certainly the most highly publicized issue of this year's General Assembly. The sales tax placed on computer services was set to go into effect this summer. The tax was passed during the special session without much debate, but the regular session saw all sorts of testimony leading to the eventual repeal of the tax.
