We all know the saying, "All roads lead to Rome." Well, according to digestive care expert, Brenda Watson, they all lead to the digestive system - at least where our health is concerned. In her new pledge show, The Road to Perfect Health with Brenda Watson, Brenda shows us how all health ailments can be linked to an imbalance in the digestive system. With over 20 years experience helping people overcome health challenges, Ms. Watson has been able to help people return to health - whether they suffer from typical digestive problems or chronic fatigue - by balancing the good and bad bacteria in their gut. Brenda shows us that a well-balanced intestinal tract makes up a large part of our immune system, or our body's "Gut Protection System" (GPS). Unfortunately our GPS sometimes malfunctions and becomes out of balance, leading our health in the wrong direction. When this happens it leads to sickness and health problems. There are many signs of these health problems, from rosacea to psoriasis, though sometimes none are visible. Ms. Watson shows us that no matter what our sickness or condition, putting our GPS in balance will put us back on the road to better health. Even if you don't have a heath problem, you need to keep your GPS in balance. How do you do this? Brenda gives a clear and concise plan to maintain a healthy, well-balanced GPS. The program was produced by Ellyne Lonergan, producer of the very successful UltraMind Solution with Dr Mark Hyman.
