SESAME STREET has garnered more than 100 awards, including 101 Emmys, two Peabodys, four Parents' Choice Awards and an Action for Children's Television Special Achievement Award. The series delivers academic and social education that prepares kids for grade school. Since its premiere, the show's base curriculum has been set by academic research on preschoolers. Encore episodes focus on music and art and how these tools can be used to develop the whole child - the cognitive, social, emotional and physical attributes. Baby Bear, Elmo, Telly, and Abby gather around a growth chart as Chris measures them and marks their height. Everyone has their own color lines on the chart, and can see how they've grown over time. When it's Elmo's turn, he sees that he grew only a little bit. He is not happy; he wants to be taller right now! First he zips in wearing a tall beehive wig. Then he tries wearing a pair of his mommy's high-heeled shoes. Chris points out, that while these things do make him taller, he is still the same height. Elmo convinces Abby to grant his wish and make him taller. At first, he grows just a little taller, but thanks to Abby's spell, he keeps growing and growing and soon he is taller than the buildings! Abby tries to shrink him, but the spell doesn't work. Elmo likes being gigantic. But she calls her mommy for advice, and learns that in order for the shrinking spell to work, Elmo has got to want to go back to his normal size. Elmo likes being gigantic. Chris suggests that Elmo just needs to see what he is missing by being so humongously tall. Telly suggests they jump rope, but Elmo is way too tall to jump in. Abby suggests they play hide and seek, but Elmo quickly learns that he is too big to find a hiding spot. Finally, Chris suggests they all go have a snack in Hooper's, but Elmo can't fit through the door. This makes Elmo very sad and he realizes that he wants to go back to his normal size. Elmo and Abby are resting when suddenly it's time to play the game show, "Find that Amphibian." Elmo and Abby must find an amphibian before the game show's tadpole turns into a frog. They don't know what an amphibian is, but the announcer gives them a clue- an animal that starts out living in water. Elmo and Abby meet a fish and are convinced they have won the game! As the announcer explains, though, fish only live in water and not on land. Elmo and Abby look for their second clue- an animal that breathes air. They find an amphibian! A bird! They learn, though, that amphibians don't have any feathers. Elmo and Abby look for their third clue-an animal with four legs. Elmo and Abby come across a horse, but a horse is a mammal, not an amphibian. Elmo and Abby use their last clue about metamorphosis to help them. They come across an alligator. Could this be an amphibian? No, an alligator is a reptile not an amphibian. He looks the same way now as he did when he was a baby, only bigger. Elmo and Abby are disappointed. They're never going to find an amphibian! Luckily, they run into Chris who suggests that they find an animal that fits all the clues- an animal that lives in water when it's a baby, breathes air as an adult, has four legs, and goes through metamorphosis. Suddenly, they think of Anne Phibian, the game show's announcer. She matches all the clues. Hooray! They found an amphibian. And just in time! Detective Alfie Betts is on vacation at Sesame Street and is enjoying a plate of raisin raspberry ravioli when Telly rushes in very upset because his robot and remote are missing. Then Leela enters looking for her rake and roses. When the raisin raspberry ravioli disappears, too, Detective Alfie Betts decides it's time to investigate to find out why things keep going missing. He needs a team of detectives, and Elmo and Abby quickly volunteer. By repeating the items that are missing, they realize that all of them begin with the letter R. Just then, Mumford runs in saying his rabbit is gone too. Luckily, Telly and Mumford saw someone running away each time something disappeared. They describe him and Detective Betts makes a drawing of who they saw. It turns out to be the letter R! So the team gathers up some letters, puts them in a line-up, and matches the drawing to them. They match it to the letter R, who then runs off in a panic. Elmo, Abby, and Detective Betts chase him all around Sesame Street, but he is too quick. They come up with a plan to bring him in for questioning. They set out a plate of rigatoni, which begins with the letter R, and hide, watching to see if the letter R takes it. He eats the rigatoni, but takes off before they can catch him. To slow him down, the detectives decide to put out a heavy rock for him to take. It works, and the letter R admits to taking all the things that start with the letter R. He apologizes, returns everything, and Detective Betts resumes his vacation.

Oscar is taking a computer class in Grouchology where the golden rule is to observe, record, and annoy. The first question that he must investigate is "What do worms like to squirm on best?" Professor Messla tells him he must set up an experiment where he observes (watches closely and carefully), records (writes down what he discovers), and annoy someone while he is doing it. Oscar heads over to Hooper's where he pours coffee grinds and olive oil all over Alan's nice clean counter. He observes the worms in the mess, and marks down what he sees on his chart. He succeeds in annoying Alan, and concludes that most of the worms like to squirm in the olive oil. The second question to investigate is "What stinky smell will make people scram?" He finds Gina and Leela playing cards and tries to make them scram with garlic, an old piece of cheese, and finally his own stinky socks. He observes, records and annoys them both as they finally flee holding their noses from his smelly socks. Oscar's final question is "What noise is loud enough to wake up Luis and Maria?" He blasts a vuvuzela horn and observes and records that it wakes up Maria, but not Luis. As she shouts at Oscar to let her get some sleep, Luis wakes up from her yelling. Oscar concludes Maria's shrill screaming is the loudest noise of all. He reports what he discovered in each experiment to Professor Messla and collects his stinky diploma in Grouchology. Now it's time for a loud, annoying party.

Big Bird receives an invitation to join the Good Birds Club. On his way to join he sings about how happy he is to be himself. When Big Bird meets the president of the club, he ridicules Big Bird because of his physical appearance. First, he laughs at Big Bird's large feet, then his large eyes, wings and gigantic beak, and finally his yellow feathers. Each time, Big Bird, feeling rejected, asks Abby to cast a spell to change his appearance in hopes of being accepted into the club. Abby and Elmo attempt to convince Big Bird that he is perfect the way he is, but he is determined to alter his physical attributes. Abby, reluctantly, makes Big Bird's feet smaller, turns him into half of his original size, and eventually turns his feathers blue. Abby realizes that the president of the club is bullying Big Bird so she reports what is going on to an adult. Elmo worries they will be tattling, but they find Chris who explains that they are reporting, not tattling. Reporting is telling a grownup when someone's getting hurt or is in trouble. He explains that it is important to turn to a grownup when someone is being bullied. Chris finds Big Bird and tells him he shouldn't have to change to join a club and that he is wonderful just the way he is. Big Bird admits he likes the way he is and wants to be changed back to being himself. Chris, Abby, Elmo, and Bird start their own club; a club where no one is bullied and everyone is accepted for who they are. Members of the Good Birds Club join too, while Chris plans to help the president understand what it means to be a friend. Together members of the new club sing about why they are special!

Slimey is practicing for the Squirmadega Car Race. He zooms forward, backward, and around and around on the counter of Mr. Hopper's store. Elmo excitedly gets ready to watch Slimey in the worm car race. Elmo is Slimey's biggest fan and cheerleader! The worms' race cars line up as the sportscaster, Jeff Gordon, introduces the five race car drivers. Elmo cheers! Jeff Gordon discusses the race course. The worms must drive over the laundry basket, under the table and around the fire hydrant to win the race. The worms start their engines and take off! Cars #1, #2, and #3 lose control and are quickly out of the race, but Shawna Wiggleson in Car #4 and Slimey in Car #5 are still going. It's a close race! Slimey approaches the finishing line, but gets caught in Big Bird's toes. Shawna pulls ahead and wins! Elmo is very sad and disappointed. He wanted Slimey to win and thinks Slimey's sad because he lost the race. But Slimey is happy; he loves racing whether he wins or loses and he loves to practice, too. Elmo learns all that really matters is that Slimey did his best. And so did Elmo! He did a great job cheering Slimey on!

Chris and Elmo are excited to be camping in the woods! They unpack their camping supplies and take out two sleeping bags and two canteens. One sleeping bag and canteen for each of them. Next, they take out four hotdogs and marshmallows. Elmo gives two hotdogs and marshmallows to himself and two to Chris. Suddenly, a beaver emerges from the woods. Elmo asks Chris if the beaver can stay for dinner. The beaver explains that he doesn't eat hot dogs and marshmallows but likes to eat bark. Next, two turtles come along. Elmo invites them to stay for dinner, too. Chris brings them a pile of green leaves and dandelions. Just when everyone is about to eat their dinner, two raccoons appear. Chris disappears into the woods and emerges holding acorns and berries for the raccoons. It is finally time to dig in when four ducks fly by the camp fire. They have just migrated back from Venezuela. The ducks decide to stay for dinner and tell Chris what they like to eat- snails, leaves, and bugs. Chris goes into the pond and brings back water plants. Finally, Chris, Elmo and all the animals eat dinner! Elmo and Chris both agree they should have a sleepover like this every night!

It is a windy autumn day on Sesame Street, and Chris, Elmo, and Rosita hear Stinky calling from underneath a pile of leaves. They dig him out but he says that it will just happen again since he gets covered with leaves every single day. Rosita suggests that they try to figure out which tree the leaves are coming from by taking a leaf that fell on Stinky and comparing it to leaves on some of the surrounding trees to find a match. So the leaf detectives start their investigation by counting the points on their leaf and comparing the color, shape, and size with other leaves until they find one that looks the same. When they discover which tree the leaf came from, Leela and Chris explain that the tree is deciduous, which means it will lose its leaves every fall and grow them back every spring. Since Stinky doesn't want to move, they all think of ways that they can protect him from the falling leaves. First Elmo and Rosita try an umbrella, but Stinky explains that it's not good since it blocks the sunlight. Then they try a big clear bowl that will let in the sunlight, but Stinky tells them that it will keep out the raindrops that he needs. Then they spot some mosquito netting that will let sunlight and rain through but keep the leaves out. Using the netting, small tools and some wood, they build the perfect covering for Stinky and solve the problem! He is so happy that he has such great friends to help him.

He calls for her to let down her hair as the prince does in "Rapunzel," but penguins don't have any hair! Abby flies up and brings the penguin safely to the ground. Next, Abby, Rosita and the penguin go princess-roller skating, but the penguin can't find her second skate. Never fear! The prince comes along to help. He pulls out a glass slipper, just as the prince does in "Cinderella", but the penguin can't skate with a glass slipper! Abby suggests they just look for the other skate. They find it and continue skating. Abby skates fast. Rosita skates even faster. The penguin skates the fastest and looses control. She crashes into a mailbox and gets stuck! The prince comes along to rescue her and give her a kiss, just like in "Sleeping Beauty" and "Snow White", but a kiss won't help the penguin get out of the mailbox. Rosita has a better idea! What if they cooperate and work together to help pull her out? It works! But the prince is upset. He wasn't able to rescue a princess even once today. Abby explains that just because they are dressed as princesses, doesn't mean they have to be saved. The prince agrees and they happily play a game of football together.

Big Bird is eating a hot bowl of soup on a cold day outside Hooper's store. Freddy Flapman, from Flychert Real Estate finds Big Bird and tries to convince him to migrate somewhere warm. Freddy Flapman tells him that he might like living in a new habitat. Big Bird thinks it would be fun to see pictures of these other bird habitats, but Freddy Flapman has a better idea! Why not a virtual tour? First, Freddy Flapman takes Big Bird to the beach where there are pelicans and gulls and beautiful ocean views. Big Bird decides that, although he likes to visit the visit the beach, he doesn't want to live there. Freddy Flapman then transforms Sesame Street into a big swamp! Big Bird learns all about this habitat, where owls and ducks like to live, but decides it's not the right one for him. Freddy Flapman pops up again. This time Freddy Flapman claps his hands and Big Bird's nest area is turned into a beautiful rainforest! Big Bird likes it. The rainforest is warm and colorful and has animals of every color and size. In fact, Big Bird likes it so much he wants to move there! Big Bird begins packing and waving good bye to all of his friends on Sesame Street. Just as he is about to leave, Big Bird's friends remind him of all the things he would miss if he migrated to the rainforest. Big Bird realizes he can't leave Sesame Street, after all this is where all of his friends are. Big Bird decides to stay put, Sesame Street is where he belongs!

Elmo and Abby are playing tag. Suddenly, Abby's freckles start sparkling! Abby calls the Fairy Doctor who looks at Abby's freckles. Abby has a case of the Sparkle Speckle Fairy Freckles! This is where freckles sparkle and glow, and eventually fall off. The Fairy Doctor tells Abby the magic words to get the freckles back, "Fricka-Fracka, Freckle Back-A". All of a sudden, Abby's freckles jump off of her face, glowing and bouncing all around! Abby with the help of Alan chase one freckle as it bounces into Hooper's store. Chris spots it on a cereal box. Abby says the magic words and poof! The freckle returns to Abby's face. Abby has five more to find! Rosita notices the dot on the center of her flower drawing is sparkling and so is the dot on the "i" in her name "Rosita." Abby says the magic words two times and the freckles reappear on Abby's face. Only three more to go! Abby notices that all the freckles seem to be hiding on little circles and realizes she should look for circles! Abby sees two more freckles go bouncing into the Laundromat. Mama Bear notices a sparkling freckle on Baby Bear's polka dotted underpants and Elmo notices a freckle on Leela's nose ring. Magic word time! Abby leaves the Laundromat and notices a freckle on Cookie Monster's cookie. He's about to take a bite! Luckily, Abby stops him just in time to say the magic words and get the last and final freckle back on her face. Cookie Monster happily eats the cookie, while Abby admires the six freckles on her face!

There is a princess in distress on Sesame Street! She cannot meet her prince without kissing a frog, but the frog keeps hopping away! Elmo and Abby try to help by learning a little more about frogs on Alan's computer. The first thing they learn is that frogs are amphibians and like to gather in groups and croak together. Abby and Elmo pretend to be croaking frogs to attract the frog. It works, and the frog hops over, but before the princess can kiss him, he hops away. Next they learn that frogs like to eat flies and catch them with their long sticky tongues. They convince Allan to buzz like a fly while they croak. It works! The frog comes back, the princess kisses him, but nothing happens. The frog is still a frog. The princess convinces Abby to work her magic and turn the frog into a prince. She does, and after a few tries, poof - the frog becomes a prince. But the frog prince has no idea what it means to actually be a prince. He still wants to hop, eat flies, jump on lily pads, and croak all night. The prince is sad and sings a song about missing his life as a frog. The princess finally understands that the prince can't be happy as a prince if he was meant to be a frog, and she asks Abby to change him back. The frog happily resumes his life, but this time, the princess is so amazed with all of the things he can do that she decides to forget about looking for her prince and just enjoy being with her friend the frog.

Curly Bear is unsure about giving up her binky, so Elmo tries to help. He remembers when he had a binky and how hard it was for him to say goodbye to it too. The first thing he tried was putting all his binkies in a box for Leela to give to her sister's new baby, but he missed his binkies so much that he searched around his room and found another one. Next, he tried exchanging his binky for a stuffed bunny at Hooper's Store, but that didn't work and he traded it back. Next, he tried leaving it for the binky fairy. Elmo put his binky under his pretend pillow, and Abby did her magic and turned the binky into a dollar bill, but then Elmo took that dollar and bought another binky with it! Baby Bear asks him how he finally gave up his binky, and Elmo explains that he had a talk with Gordon about being a big monster and trying to only use his binky sometimes until he finally wouldn't want it anymore. Then, they sang a song about saying goodbye to his binky, and at the end, Elmo was finally ready to give it up. After hearing the song, Curly Bear realizes that she is ready to say goodbye to her binky too, and hands it over to Baby Bear. Everyone is very proud of her, and she feels great about her decision.

Elmo and Telly are reading the book Fascinating Facts About Insects. First they see two ants, and after looking at them through their magnifying glass, they learn that ants never sleep. Next they see two ladybugs and learn that ladybugs smell with their feet. When a butterfly flutters in, they wonder where his friends are and worry that he is lonely. Elmo decides to pretend to be a butterfly so he will have a friend, but the butterfly won't come over to Elmo. Telly checks the book and learns that butterflies go through a metamorphosis, or a big change, which is made up of 4 stages-starting as an egg and changing into a caterpillar then a chrysalis and finally a butterfly. Maybe if Elmo pretends to go through the four stages, the butterfly will think Elmo is a butterfly and be his friend. It works and the butterfly flutters over and lands on Elmo. They head over to Hooper's for a snack, and after checking their book, they learn that butterflies actually drink nectar from flowers or juice from fruit. Chris prepares them a snack of sliced oranges and they watch the butterfly drink with his proboscis, which is a curly little thing that unrolls and becomes like a straw that he drinks through. As Elmo begins drawing a picture of his new friend, Chris explains that he is a Monach butterfly. All of a sudden lots more Monarch butterflies flutter in and Telly checks the book and explains that Monarch butterflies migrate, or move, when the seasons change. The weather is just too cold on Sesame Street in the winter. Elmo is sad that his friend is leaving, but he will always have his picture to remember him by.

Telly, Elmo, and Rosita have formed the Excellent Eyes Club so they can use their eyes to help people on Sesame Street. First they find Leela who is having trouble finding one of her gardening gloves. The Excellent Eyes Club comes through for her and finds the glove. Next they see a very miserable Oscar who has allergies and cannot tell which of his containers of milk is sour. Gabi tells the club to use their sense of smell. They do, and Oscar gets to enjoy his yucky milk. The group, now known as the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club, sees Baby Bear who is upset because he may have used salt instead of sugar on his porridge. Alan suggests using their sense of taste, and they happily discover that the porridge is sweet. The Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club then happen to see an upset Big Bird who thinks Radar has fallen behind the toy chest. After trying their other senses first, Gordon suggests they use their sense of touch, and Radar is found. The Excellent Eyes, Nose, Tongue, and Fingers Club then run into Little Bo Peep who cannot find her sheep. After trying everything else, they realize they can try their ears - the fifth sense. They hear some baaing and find the sheep in the garden. Now that they have used all five senses, the club decides to change its name to the Excellent All Our Senses Club.

Elmo's daddy has given him a dollar and he is not sure what to buy. He sees lots of things that are interesting, but decides that he wants a Stupendous Ball. The only problem is that it costs five dollars. He asks Luis how people get money, and Luis explains that people usually work to get money. Elmo wonders where he can work, and Luis offers him a job helping him fix the ice cream maker. Elmo does, and Luis gives him one dollar. Elmo now has 2 dollars, but it's still not enough for the Stupendous Ball. Luis tells him he just needs to save some more money, and he can do that by putting his money in a piggy bank. Luis quickly makes him one out of a jar, and Elmo puts his money in it. Elmo earns another dollar helping Leela fold clothes, and another one returning empty bottles to Hooper's Store. Elmo is careful not to spend any of his four dollars and saves them instead. Then he gets a card from his nana with one dollar in it, and finally, after waiting and working and saving, he has five dollars! Just as he is about to pay for his Stupendous Ball, Cookie Monster come by and is very sad that he has no money to buy cookies. Elmo gives him one of his dollars and tells Luis that he will just save a little longer. But then he sees the Fantastic Ball, which is green and makes a cool sound and only costs four dollars, exactly how much Elmo has. He buys it and happily plays a catch with Luis.

It seems that everyone on Sesame Street is excitedly reading the new Furry Potter book. Telly has it too, and can't wait to find Gordon so he can read it to him. He finds Gordon grading papers outside Hooper's Store and anxiously asks him to read the book. Gordon agrees, but cannot find his glasses. Gordon suggests that Telly try to read the book himself, but Telly says it's too long. Instead he goes to get help, and brings back the three little kittens from the nursery rhyme, since they know all about losing stuff. They find their mittens in Gordon's briefcase, but Gordon's glasses are still nowhere to be found. Gordon again suggests to Telly that he should try to read by himself, but Telly takes one look at the book and says it's too hard. Telly finally admits that he doesn't want to read the book by himself because it means not reading it together with Gordon. Gordon tells him they can still do that - by Telly reading the book to him, taking one word at a time. Just as Telly starts reading, Chris finds Gordon's glasses, but Telly realizes that he likes reading to Gordon.

He is not alone and he's not in the middle of nature, but he is convinced nature is all around them! First, Wild Nature Survivor Guy finds a tomato plant and bites into a ripe tomato. Not only do tomatoes come from nature, but so do all the fruits and vegetables on display outside Hooper's store. Next, Wild Nature Survival Guy looks for water to quench his thirst. He finds leaves with drops of water and puts the water together to drink. Wild Nature Survival Guy becomes concerned about nighttime approaching, and looks for ways to keep warm. He picks up feathers and puts them inside his shirt. Oh my! They tickle! Elmo offers him a coat, but Wild Nature Survivor Guy explains that feathers are what make most coats warm. The sun begins to set, and Wild Nature Survivor Guy finds perfect shelter, Big Bird's nest! It has lots of branches, and lots of animals use trees and braches as shelter. Gordon and Susan are getting ready to go to sleep after a long day when they suddenly hear water gushing. When they look out the window, they see Ernie and Bert float by on their beds. While Susan rushes off to tell Maria and Luis about the flood, Gordon brings Bert and Ernie inside their apartment. As he and Susan try to settle them down to sleep, Luis and Maria tackle the water pipe leak in the basement. When Oscar pops in to "help," he startles Maria and the valve handle falls into the water. Oscar happens to have a snorkel on, so he dives under water to look for the valve handle which has a circle in the middle. First he pops up with a tricycle tire which is shaped like a circle, but clearly won't work as a valve handle. Then he pops up with an old flute. When Maria tries to use it as a valve handle, she observes that circles in the flute actually fit over the circle on the valve. Maria stops the big leak! Maria and Luis then turn to the plumbing blueprints to guide and help them fix the broken pipes. They see that a curvy piece of pipe is missing and Oscar once more dives down to see what he can find. After popping up with a straight paintbrush and a curvy straw which won't work, he finds a vacuum hose. Maria bends it into the right shape and uses it to fix the leak! Finally Ernie and Bert fall asleep as Maria and Luis come upstairs to tell everyone the good news and how Oscar helped save the day!

Oscar is taking a computer class in Grouchology where the golden rule is to observe, record, and annoy. The first question that he must investigate is "What do worms like to squirm on best?" Professor Messla tells him he must set up an experiment where he observes (watches closely and carefully), records (writes down what he discovers), and annoy someone while he is doing it. Oscar heads over to Hooper's where he pours coffee grinds and olive oil all over Alan's nice clean counter. He observes the worms in the mess, and marks down what he sees on his chart. He succeeds in annoying Alan, and concludes that most of the worms like to squirm in the olive oil. The second question to investigate is "What stinky smell will make people scram?" He finds Gina and Leela playing cards and tries to make them scram with garlic, an old piece of cheese, and finally his own stinky socks. He observes, records and annoys them both as they finally flee holding their noses from his smelly socks. Oscar's final question is "What noise is loud enough to wake up Luis and Maria?" He blasts a vuvuzela horn and observes and records that it wakes up Maria, but not Luis. As she shouts at Oscar to let her get some sleep, Luis wakes up from her yelling. Oscar concludes Maria's shrill screaming is the loudest noise of all. He reports what he discovered in each experiment to Professor Messla and collects his stinky diploma in Grouchology. Now it's time for a loud, annoying party.

Just as Alan finishes packing Elmo's lunch, the lights go down, the music goes up, and Superchef pops up and announces that Alan has been chosen as the next challenger on Cast Iron Cooks. Alan is not even sure what that is, but Chris and Elmo are excited to be his assistants. The first challenge is to prepare a bowl of P Stew, which is made up entirely of ingredients that begin with the letter P. Elmo, Chris, and Alan race around throwing P foods like pickles, peaches, and porridge into a pot. When time is up, Superchef samples their stew, which is horrible. Then he tries the Cast Iron Cooks' stew, which is delicious. But just before Superchef awards the first round to the Cast Iron Cooks', Chris finds a hat in the Cast Iron Cooks' stew, and because hat starts with the letter "h", the points go to Alan. The second challenge is to make an apple pie using exactly 8 apples. Elmo, Alan, and Chris race around looking for apples, and once they find them, Chris accidently adds pepper along with the sugar and cinnamon. The buzzer sounds, and again, Superchef tastes their creations. Alan's pie is horrible. The Cast Iron Cooks', of course, have a delicious pie? but a pair of eyeglasses has been baked into it. So round two goes to Alan! The final challenge is to make a Halfgarian Goulash, which is made up of ingredients cut precisely in half. The buzzer sounds, and the Superchef tastes Alan's goulash and finds it disgusting. The Cast Iron Cooks' goulash is spectacular, with the exception of a wristwatch, which was not cut in half. Alan and his assistants win again, which makes them the overall winners of the Cast Iron Cooks Competition!

Mother Goose is visiting Sesame Street and needs to write three new nursery rhymes by the end of the day, but she fears she has become a rusty rhymer. Elmo and Abby say they are great rhymers, and they offer to help. Mother Goose explains that to write really good nursery rhymes, you need conflict - when someone wants something or needs something very badly. Just then Alan comes out with 13 fresh cookies that he made for a friend's birthday. Cookie Monster is having a hard time resisting them and Mother Goose sees the conflict. She starts writing and gets stuck rhyming "plate," but Abby comes to the rescue with the word "eight." Mother Goose continues with her rhyme, as Cookie Monster gobbles up the cookies, but this time she can't figure out a rhyme for "done." Once again, Abby calls out a rhyming word - "none!" Elmo feels upset that Abby keeps getting the rhymes faster than him, but Mother Goose assures him that she has two more to come up with. The next rhyme is about Super Grover trying to open a stuck pickle jar for Alan, and Elmo rhymes the next word. But Abby gets the one after that, and Elmo gets more upset. He and Abby get into an argument about it. Their conflict gives Mother Goose an idea for her third rhyme, which is about Elmo and Abby wanting to help, but ending up fighting instead. Together they come up with the rhyming words Mother Goose needs, and they realize that arguing is silly because they are both best friends and good rhymers.

Mary Mary Quite Contrary walks along Sesame Street and dumps a pile of dirt outside Oscar's trashcan. Gordon explains that she can not leave the dirt, she is making a mess! Mary Mary insists that she is going to grow a garden with silver bells and cockle shells. Gordon tries to tell her that silver bells and cockleshells aren't alive. Gardens need to have things growing in them, like vegetables, fruits or flowers. Mary Mary decides she will grow flowers in her garden by using dirt, sun, and water. Later, Alan and Gina walk by Oscar's trashcan and comment on the beautiful garden. But Oscar doesn't like it! He wants Mary Mary to move her garden. As Mary Mary plants more flowers, Oscar decides to have his elephant, Fluffy squirt water at her. Maybe that will get her to move? But as Mary Mary explains, the water helps her flowers to grow. Oscar doesn't know what to do! He sends over Hairy Hairy, from the grouch nursery rhyme, with stinky weeds and moldy seeds and three pigs, but even that doesn't get rid of Mary Mary and her garden. Suddenly, Oscar changes his mind. He likes the horrible smell from the stinky weeds and loud noises from the pigs. It's a grouch paradise! Mary Mary finds this out and decides to move the garden. She likes to be contrary and do the opposite of whatever anyone wants her to do. Mary Mary moves her garden while Gordon happily cleans up the remaining dirt!

Telly, Elmo, and Rosita are playing Shape-O-Bots, robots that actually transform into shapes to help people. Andy, a guy in need of shapes, rushes in and explains that he needs an octagon to help stop people from crashing into him. Telly tries to transform into an octagon with eight sides and eight angles, but changes into a triangle with three sides and three angles instead. Rosita gives it a try and successfully transforms into an octagon, which Andy uses as a stop sign to stop people from running into him. Andy leaves but soon returns, this time in need of a pentagon, a shape with five sides and five angles. He explains that he is a baseball coach and needs a home plate, which is shaped like a pentagon, so his players won't slide right into him. The Shape-O-Bots do their thing and, once again, Telly changes into a triangle. Elmo is able to help, though, and transforms into a pentagon. Andy now returns one last time needing a rhombus, a shape with four sides and four angles, for the King of Rhombuses, who is missing his. Telly tries to transform into a rhombus, but, once again, winds up as a triangle. Rosita notices that a rhombus is actually two triangles stuck together. Chris suggests that since Telly hit his button one time to become a triangle, maybe hitting it two times will turn him into a rhombus. It works! Everyone is happy - especially the Shape-O-Bots.

Jack Be Nimble is getting ready for his big jump over eight candlesticks! He tries to jump over them, but instead he knocks them over and falls. Jack runs away and hides. He messed up and now is having trouble jumping. Baby Bear and Telly find someone to help him- a kangaroo! The kangaroo sometimes has trouble jumping too, but he sings the Jumping Song to help him get over his fear. Luckily, Jack gets his jump back. He is ready to jump, but instead jumps quickly behind a bench. Jack is upset; he can jump up and down, but can't jump over the candlesticks. Telly and Baby Bear race out and find a special cow- the cow that jumped over the moon! Jack practices jumping with the support and help from the cow and realizes that he is indeed ready to jump over eight candlesticks. Everybody is chanting when Jack flies into the air and jumps over not eight, but eleven candlesticks! He did it! Hooray! Telly and Baby Bear jump too!

Andy, a guy in need of shapes, rushes in and explains that he needs an octagon to help stop people from crashing into him. Telly tries to transform into an octagon with eight sides and eight angles, but changes into a triangle with three sides and three angles instead. Rosita gives it a try and successfully transforms into an octagon, which Andy uses as a stop sign to stop people from running into him. Andy leaves but soon returns, this time in need of a pentagon, a shape with five sides and five angles. He explains that he is a baseball coach and needs a home plate, which is shaped like a pentagon, so his players won't slide right into him. The Shape-O-Bots do their thing and, once again, Telly changes into a triangle. Elmo is able to help, though, and transforms into a pentagon. Andy now returns one last time needing a rhombus, a shape with four sides and four angles, for the King of Rhombuses, who is missing his. Telly tries to transform into a rhombus, but, once again, winds up as a triangle. Rosita notices that a rhombus is actually two triangles stuck together. Chris suggests that since Telly hit his button one time to become a triangle, maybe hitting it two times will turn him into a rhombus. It works! Everyone is happy - especially the Shape-O-Bots.

Elmo and Telly are at Hooper's store when Little Bo Peep comes looking for her cow. Elmo and Telly offer to help her and decide to call themselves the Cowmonster Pair! Luis comes along and sings about animal tracks. Now Elmo and Telly have their first clue! They find animal tracks on the ground, but when Telly tosses his lasso around an animal, it's a chicken, not a cow! Luis gives them another clue and sings about tracks that are kind of round. Telly and Elmo come across round animal tracks and are certain they found the cow! Telly tosses the lasso around an animal but this time it's a raccoon. Luis comes along again and gives them another musical cow clue- animal tracks that are in the shape of two half moons. They find tracks that are kind of round and look like two half moons, but the tracks are from a moose, not a cow! Telly becomes discouraged. Elmo reminds Telly they can't give up. Instead, they should use the clues they already have and put them all together. Elmo realizes that they have to find animal tracks that look like the moose tracks, only smaller! This time, they follow animal tracks that lead to a door. They open the door and there is the cow! Yee-haw! Little Bo Peep thanks the Cowmonster Pair for finding her cow. It's Bubblefest on Sesame Street and Alan and Chris are the leaders of the festivities. Telly is excited since he has never blown a bubble before. Everyone starts blowing bubbles but when Telly gives it a try, he blows way too hard and is unable to make a bubble. At this time, Alan and Chris announce that it is time for a Bubble Mix Mystery, which is figuring out how to make the perfect bubble mix. Alan and Chris explain that there are three different ingredients in the bubble mixture (water, soap, and corn syrup). Elmo and Abby have to figure out how much of each ingredient to mix together. They can use a large cup, medium cup, or small cup to measure the amount of each ingredient. After testing the mixtures, Abby and Elmo determine that the mystery mixture consists of water in the largest measuring cup, soap in the medium measuring cup, and corn syrup in the smallest measuring cup. Now, they must solve r a Bubblefest riddle: "What's round and wet, is something that you blow, and has all the colors of the rainbow?" After talking it through, Elmo and Abby figure out that it's bubbles! Alan and Chris demonstrate that bubbles are iridescent and are all colors of the rainbow. Afterwards,Alan and Chris announce a Bubblefest Pop Quiz. They place all kinds of items on a table and Elmo and Abby must figure out which ones they can use to blow bubbles with. For the Bubblefest Finale, Abby and Elmo use a hula hoop to create a bubble using so big, a child can fit inside!?? And Telly finally blows a bubble, too. The crowd cheers and Bubblefest comes to an end.

Jack Be Nimble is getting ready for his big jump over eight candlesticks! He tries to jump over them, but instead he knocks them over and falls. Jack runs away and hides. He messed up and now is having trouble jumping. Baby Bear and Telly find someone to help him- a kangaroo! The kangaroo sometimes has trouble jumping too, but he sings the Jumping Song to help him get over his fear. Luckily, Jack gets his jump back. He is ready to jump, but instead jumps quickly behind a bench. Jack is upset; he can jump up and down, but can't jump over the candlesticks. Telly and Baby Bear race out and find a special cow- the cow that jumped over the moon! Jack practices jumping with the support and help from the cow and realizes that he is indeed ready to jump over eight candlesticks. Inspector 4 can't find four of anything and threatens to shut down the Laundromat! Luckily, Elmo suggests counting the bottles of fabric softener. Time to count! 1,2,3,4! There are four bottles of fabric softener. They pass the number 4 inspection! Next, Inspector 4 visits Mr. Hooper's store. Inspector 4 inspects the peanut butter sandwiches. Oh no! There are ten sandwiches and ten is more than four. Telly gets an idea! What if he eats some of the peanut butter sandwiches? Telly eats one sandwich, then two, and then three more sandwiches so that only four sandwiches remain. Hooper's store passes the number 4 inspection! Last, Inspector 4 looks around the steps of Sesame Street and sees the letter "R" standing next to a rake. The Inspector 4 threatens to shut down the letter "R" because he only has one thing that begins with the letter "R," rake. Elmo has an idea! What if they find three other things that begin with the letter "R" and add them together? Elmo, Telly and the letter "R" find a Rose, a Rock, and a Rodent. They did it! Gordon is busy trying to fix lots of things at 123 Sesame Street. Susan tells him that he should think about getting a superintendent - someone who takes care of buildings and fixes things that are broken. Gordon insists that he doesn't need any help. Chris comes by and asks if the doorknob is fixed yet, and tells Gordon that the window is broken, too. Chris also suggests getting a super, but again, Gordon says he doesn't need any help. The Count comes to count all of the things that are broken, and three things become five, as the gate and the drainpipe break. The Count suggests that Gordon gets a super, and Gordon gets even more frustrated. Just then, Super Grover flies in to save the day, and in the process, breaks a light. And then the door breaks. Maria and Big Bird hear the crash and hurry in to see if Gordon is okay, as the Count now counts seven broken things. Maria asks if he needs help, and Gordon finally agrees that he was wrong - he does need help fixing all of the broken things. Maria gets her toolbox, and together they sing about getting it all done as they make their way through fixing everything that is broken. Gordon thanks Maria for all of her help and asks if she would like to be the super. Maria agrees, and everyone is happy.

Elmo is playing with his doll, Baby David, in a large washtub. The doll is floating in a tube, and Zoe comes by and asks if Rocco, her pet rock, can swim too. Elmo reluctantly agrees. When Zoe puts Rocco in the water, he immediately sinks to the bottom. Leela explains to her that not all rocks float, some sink. Zoe suggests that if Rocco had a boat he would be able to float. Leela thinks this is a great idea for an experiment! Elmo comes up with the idea of Rocco floating on pencils since he saw sticks float in a lake once. With Leela's help, they experiment to see if the pencils float. They do! But when they place Rocco on the pencils he falls right off. Zoe brings back a piece of paper, which is wider and flatter for him to float on. The paper floats, but once they put Rocco on, it sinks. Next Elmo and Zoe try aluminum foil, since it's flatter and wider than pencils but stronger than paper. The foil on its own floats, but when they put Rocco on top, it sinks too! Elmo comes up with the great idea to build a boat for Rocco. With Leela's help, they become engineers and use what they've learned to design a boat by wrapping the aluminum foil around the pencils. It works! Everyone is excited as they watch Rocco float in the water!

Hubert the Human Cannonball comes to Sesame Street to be launched out of a cannon, across the yard, and into a bucket of blue gelatin. He starts to set up all his stuff in the arbor and takes out a ruler so he can make sure the bucket is exactly five feet from the cannon. Baby Bear helps him measure it, Elmo and Telly help him into the cannon, and?drum roll please?there's a poof and Hubert tumbles out. Baby Bear measures the distance, and, to the dismay of Hubert, he has flown zero feet. They figure out that his cannon is broken and try to come up with another way to launch Hubert five feet to the bucket of gelatin. Telly comes up with the bright idea to try his toy catapult. So they set Hubert up, launch him, and then measure. Once again, Hubert is disappointed - he has only gone two feet. Elmo comes up with a new idea to make Hubert go further and comes back with the Big Bad Wolf, who can make houses fly! He blows and Hubert takes off. This time the distance measures only four feet,. Baby Bear thinks he can engineer something just forceful enough, and designs and builds a launcher for Hubert using a giant rubber band. It works! Hubert lands precisely five feet away, right into the bucket of blue gelatin - and the crowd goes wild.

Big Bird is happily roller skating along Sesame Street. Uh-oh! Crash! Big Bird falls down! Chris runs over to help Big Bird who has injured his wing. Chris suggests they visit Dr. Berger so she can take a look, while the Count offers to watch Hooper's store until Chris and Big Bird get back. Big Bird is nervous when they visit Dr. Berger's office. What if it hurts? Dr. Berger carefully examines Big Bird's wing and explains to Big Bird that while his wing isn't broken, he has a bad sprain. Dr. Berger gently puts a sling on Big Bird's arm and explains he has to rest for a few days. Big Bird is sad because he was planning on roller skating all day! When they return, Big Bird looks around Sesame Street and feels blue; there is nothing for him to do. Big Bird sees Elmo and Zoe who are playing with a beach ball. They ask him if he wants to play, but he can't; not with his wing in a sling. Elmo and Zoe want to cheer up Big Bird. Slimey is practicing for the Squirmadega Car Race. He zooms forward, backward, and around and around on the counter of Mr. Hopper's store. Elmo excitedly gets ready to watch Slimey in the worm car race. Elmo is Slimey's biggest fan and cheerleader! The worms' race cars line up as the sportscaster, Jeff Gordon, introduces the five race car drivers. Elmo cheers! Jeff Gordon discusses the race course. The worms must drive over the laundry basket, under the table and around the fire hydrant to win the race. The worms start their engines and take off! Cars #1, #2, and #3 lose control and are quickly out of the race, but Shawna Wiggleson in Car #4 and Slimey in Car #5 are still going. It's a close race! Slimey approaches the finishing line, but gets caught in Big Bird's toes. Shawna pulls ahead and wins! Elmo is very sad and disappointed. He wanted Slimey to win and thinks Slimey's sad because he lost the race. But Slimey is happy; he loves racing whether he wins or loses and he loves to practice, too. Elmo learns all that really matters is that Slimey did his best. And so did Elmo! He did a great job cheering Slimey on!

Leela is finishing teaching an early morning yoga class by demonstrating her version of The Flamingo Pose when Telly comes by.. She explains to him that yoga is a special kind of exercise from India and all the breathing and stretching feels great. Telly is upset that he missed the class, but Rosita and Elmo offer to teach him what they learned. Telly wants to do The Flamingo pose, so they start out by teaching him special yoga breathing - in and out very slowly. Next his arms go up, then out, then leg up? but Telly falls down. Telly tries again, but keeps falling. Elmo suggests that he try lifting the other leg or Rosita and Elmo hold Telly's arms until he's balanced, but that doesn't work either. Now Telly is sure he can't balance because one of his elbows is heavier than the other. Elmo and Rosita give him lots of objects to hold in his hands to make his weight equal on both sides. This doesn't help him balance either and he keeps crashing down. Chris comes by and explains that Telly can find his balance point with some practice. Chris demonstrates by showing how he can find just the right spot to balance the napkin holder on his tray. Chris helps Telly try to find his balance by supporting his arms as he shifts his weight. It works! Telly happily thanks everyone for all their help. He can't wait to practice other yoga poses, too!

Telly, Elmo, and Rosita have formed the Excellent Eyes Club so they can use their eyes to help people on Sesame Street. First they find Leela who is having trouble finding one of her gardening gloves. The Excellent Eyes Club comes through for her and finds the glove. Next they see a very miserable Oscar who has allergies and cannot tell which of his containers of milk is sour. Gabi tells the club to use their sense of smell. They do, and Oscar gets to enjoy his yucky milk. The group, now known as the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club, sees Baby Bear who is upset because he may have used salt instead of sugar on his porridge. Alan suggests using their sense of taste, and they happily discover that the porridge is sweet. The Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club then happen to see an upset Big Bird who thinks Radar has fallen behind the toy chest. After trying their other senses first, Gordon suggests they use their sense of touch, and Radar is found. The Excellent Eyes, Nose, Tongue, and Fingers Club then run into Little Bo Peep who cannot find her sheep. After trying everything else, they realize they can try their ears - the fifth sense. They hear some baaing and find the sheep in the garden. Now that they have used all five senses, the club decides to change its name to the Excellent All Our Senses Club.

There is a princess in distress on Sesame Street! She cannot meet her prince without kissing a frog, but the frog keeps hopping away! Elmo and Abby try to help by learning a little more about frogs on Alan's computer. The first thing they learn is that frogs are amphibians and like to gather in groups and croak together. Abby and Elmo pretend to be croaking frogs to attract the frog. It works, and the frog hops over, but before the princess can kiss him, he hops away. Next they learn that frogs like to eat flies and catch them with their long sticky tongues. They convince Allan to buzz like a fly while they croak. It works! The frog comes back, the princess kisses him, but nothing happens. The frog is still a frog. The princess convinces Abby to work her magic and turn the frog into a prince. She does, and after a few tries, poof - the frog becomes a prince. But the frog prince has no idea what it means to actually be a prince. He still wants to hop, eat flies, jump on lily pads, and croak all night. The prince is sad and sings a song about missing his life as a frog. The princess finally understands that the prince can't be happy as a prince if he was meant to be a frog, and she asks Abby to change him back. The frog happily resumes his life, but this time, the princess is so amazed with all of the things he can do that she decides to forget about looking for her prince and just enjoy being with her friend the frog.
