• Tell Us so we can acknowledge your gift properly

It's easy to instruct your broker to transfer stock to MPT's account. Just instruct your broker to transfer the shares of stock to MPT's account as follows:

• How many shares
• Name of stock
• Approximate date of transfer

We'll track the transfer and send you a thank you confirming receipt of your gift.
