Monitoring One of Maryland’s Rarest Raptors: The Goshawk | Outdoors Maryland Classic

Back in 2004, an Outdoors Maryland crew joined Department of Natural Resources biologist David Brinker in Garrett County to track down the state’s second known nesting pair of goshawks. Goshawks are still endangered in Maryland, with a very small breeding population in the westernmost part of the state.
