Watch the 2026 Maryland Gubernatorial Debate on MPT as the candidates, Democrat Wes Moore and Republican Dan Cox, answer key questions on a wide range of issues important to citizens across the state.

Moderated by Jason Newton, news anchor, WBAL-TV 11, the panelists asking questions of the candidates are Jeff Salkin, MPT news anchor; Tracee Wilkins, NBC4 Washington investigative reporter; and Pamela Wood, Maryland politics reporter for The Baltimore Banner. 

The debate will broadcast statewide at 7 p.m. on MPT. It will also air at that time on WBAL-TV 11 and WBAL News Radio in Baltimore, NBC4 Washington (WRC-TV), and public media stations WHUT and WETA. MPT will also livestream the debate at 7 p.m. at mpt.org/vote2026. It will air nationally on C-SPAN at 7 p.m. MPT will have an encore broadcast of the debate at 11 p.m.
