A portrait of Nicole Sherry, Head Groundskeeper for the Baltimore Orioles at Camden Yards, one of only two women in that position in Major League Baseball. The film follows Nicole's story, from intern for the Orioles ground team while in college to Head Groundskeeper for the Yankee farm team, the Trenton Thunder, and up through her current role with the Orioles.
