Warm up this winter with a multi-course royal tea hosted by Maryland Public Television and the Kate Pearl Tea Room at Gypsy's.

Appetizer: spinach artichoke dip with crackers

Scones: classic blueberry served with clotted cream and lemon curd

Soup: winter vegetable magic

Salad: romaine with apples, cranberries, and feta dressed with poppy seed vinaigrette

Sandwiches: delicate cucumber on white; roasted turkey with apple and cranberry on wheat; sweet curry chicken salad on potato roll, smoky pastrami and slaw on marble rye

Desserts: lemon lavender cupcakes, neapolitan fudge, snowflake sugar cookie

Frozen: lemon sorbet

Beverages: sparkling elderflower lemonade, champagne

Teas: French silk (black), citrus blend (green), carrot cake (rooibos, decaf)
